Please introduce your company briefly. Hi. This is Choo Se-eun, the CEO of Lauren Choo Company. We are developing delicious desserts in our company. We are a food startup that makes food that are tastier and healthier by using good ingredients and special formula for our customers to enjoy. I started the business because I liked dessert so much since I was a young kid. But, desserts are often high in calories and many people think that it’s not good for the body. But, the health supplement food are not that tasty, so it’s hard to eat that. So, I thought that if there was a product that combines the features of these two types of products, we can have healthy dessert. So, I started the business and developed the products on my own. Please describe the main products. I will tell you about the chewing nut enzyme chocolate. One day, while I was watching TV, I found out that students in Noryangjin often visit the pharmacy because they have a problem in digestion. I also have a lot of friends who are studying for exams, and I had heard about the enzymes that digest well at that time. I thought it would be good to combine it with chocolate. Because when you study, there comes a time when you need a sugar rush. So, I thought it would be nice if there was dark chocolate that could be digested well and replenish the sugar, and I succeeded in developing it and launched the chewing nut enzyme chocolate. When you eat one or two pieces of chocolate in place of digestive medicine, you can replenish sugar and the digestive enzymes in the chocolate can break down what you ate, making your stomach very comfortable. So, it is a product that I would like to recommend to students and office workers. What are your plans for the future? It is good to discover and export good products from Korea, but I think it would be better to put good ingredients and special formula from Korea into products that foreigners are familiar with and export them back to them. This is our product developing strategy, and our final destination is to first launch the immune-related products we will be releasing in Amazon, run promotional marketing in Korea, and finally export them. I think this can be done. Any last comments? When I was young, my parents would tell me that good medicine is bitter, but I want my customers to break that old belief. I am very peculiar about taste, and I thought my preference will play a crucial role in making the products. I think I can make the products that can be made by combining good ingredients and great taste.
